Finally, our voice has been heard.” These are the words at the tip of the tongues and in the hearts of many low income earners. President Obama in a bid to encourage low income earners to earn a degree online has offered certain incentives.
While targeting most Americans to go back to school and
earn a college degree online, it is quite evident that he had keen interests on meeting the needs of the low income workers. President Obama has been able to ‘push’ Congress into offering financial aid to all those who qualify for it.
